Unfortunately, we were hit by lightning again today (3rd August). So much so that the telephone wires in the office exploded and shocked the members of staff near them. We are now without internet and phones whilst the issue is resolved. A lot of orders were dispatched today but unfortunately we are unable to mark any of them as dispatched until our systems are back up and running fully. We are still able to take orders whilst our system is down and will dispatch them as soon as we are back up and running. All emails will be answered as soon as physically possible. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience in this very frustrating time for us.
